Shipping & Returns
FREE Shipping for Orders over $150.00 total (excluding tax).
Standard Flat Rate Shipping of $4.50 for Orders less than $100.00 (excluding tax). We use USPS First Class Mail.
We also offer shipping options: USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground - these are based on weight and value of the package.
Most orders take 24-48 hours to process during business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm/EST. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Please check to see if your email is correct, or check your spam folder if you do not receive a notification.
Delivery time of your package is estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days after ship date. Please check with your local USPS or UPS for delays related to weather or otherwise. We are not able to prevent delays handled by the delivery service.
We do our best to ensure your order(s) arrive safely. However if an incorrect or damaged order is received, please send us all details and photos of the damaged package so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
Buyer is responsible for providing the correct and up to date mailing address. Lucky Premium Treats is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope that you are 100% happy with your Lucky Treats, and aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible. Please send any questions or feedback to Customer Service.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, your return claim must be made within 30 days of receipt. And a refund or credit minus the cost of shipping, may be issued once your order is returned to us in it's original packaging and condition.
